MedAppealsRN is built to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what that means.

The letter builder does not collect your answers

Everything you type or select in the letter builder is processed only in your own web browser. Your answers are never sent to us or stored on any server, and they disappear when you close or refresh the page. The builder never asks for your name, member ID, date of birth, or diagnosis. You add those to your letter yourself after you copy or print it.

What we do not do

• We do not have user accounts or logins.
• We do not use advertising trackers, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Payments

Purchases and contributions are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited information with us so we can process your order and help with support, such as your name, email address, the amount paid, and the date. Stripe's handling of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy. We keep payment records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Service providers

• Website hosting: Cloudflare hosts this site and may process technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
• Fonts: This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.

Please don't send us health information

If you email us, please do not include medical records, diagnoses, member IDs, or other health details. We cannot review individual cases.

Children

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
